With changes in legislation taking effect from 6th April 2009 around the provision of Home Information Packs, Absolute Assessments are committed to maintaining the high standards we already provide.
We aim to supply HIP’s for property marketing with all the relevant documents within 2 to 3 working days. (Providing the property Information Questionnaire is completed and access is made available by the vendor for the Domestic Energy Assessor to carry out the Energy Performamnce Certificate).
Properties not registered on the land Register will require an ‘Epitome of Title’. These can be carried out within the timescales but will be subject to additional costs as this legal document will require the services of our legal experts.
Stand alone Domestic Energy Assessments and Commercial Energy Assessments can als be arranged.
